Kel I believe that not all SA is unsafe but places that people need to see are. When I visited home-SA few years ago I was VERY DISTURBED by the level of prabory the police are involved in. It IS SUCH A DISGRACE AND the government need to put some form of law, otherwise if someone need JUSTICE around 2010. HOW ARE THEY GOING TO ENFORCE IT????????????
